Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package ships.

Express Shipping

Cost: Free on orders over $250 USD

Orders under $250 may not qualify for express shipping
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods. We always do our best to keep things moving smoothly.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Delays
While delays are rare, they can happen. If your order is taking longer than expected, don’t stress — reach out to us and we’ll help sort it out.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us right away so we can assist you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Hydrom Power, customer satisfaction comes first. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

Proof of purchase is required
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos or videos so we can quickly resolve the issue.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process.
